A healthy body is one that is completely aligned and balanced in both it’s musculature and emotions. My unique approach seeks to support your quest for self-knowledge. Body integration work is an in-depth process which when combined with cognitive awareness and emotional release becomes a most powerful transformative experience. If you’re undergoing a major life change, healing from a trauma, or birthing a new part of yourself, this technique could make a crucial difference in your life. I provide a safe, caring environment where your body and mind can be integrated into wholeness, designed to release the built-up tensions that cause imbalance, poor posture and chronic pain.
• HOW IT CAN HELP •
Most of us as infants and children suffered from either touch deprivation or abusive touch. As muscular tension relaxes, emotions and memories naturally surface. This approach fosters the healing of emotional scars and leads to a deeper understanding of one’s inner connections between feeling states and body responses. Working with the body brings us to experience our relationship to touch. My approach and methods provide a nurturing, safe process which fosters healing on the primal level of being, accessing that part of us which holds the creative impulse for exploration and discovery.
